Originally from Roanne’s region, Groupe Maisonhaute is an independant logistic and road transport services provider on the national and international network. Our customized solutions are suitable for various types of industry such as food, construction or manufacturing. Our ambitious familial culture led us to develop our companies by focusing on human, digital and environment, a real added value for our clients. Our leitmotif is our clients satisfaction. Ainsi, offrir à nos clients les solutions les plus adaptées à leur besoin est notre priorité. Therefore, we’ve just created a methods engineering department in logistics and transport. Thanks to this new department, we hope to go a step further with the development of our wide range of solutions.

Created in 1988, Maisonhaute Ateliers is an expert in car, trucks
and other loading equipments reparation. For the past few years, its activity has evolved to maintenance, upkeeping in operating condition and returned products repair.

1991
Then a mechanic, Alain Maisonhaute realized his dream by buying his first truck. The company Alain Maisonhaute Transports is created. Its first vehicles travel the Lyon-Paris route to transport steel coils.

The activity increases… In the aim of welcoming a bigger fleet including 7 semi-trailers, the company moves to a new site.

Five years later, pallets storage activity was developped in the new premises.

2003
Transport and logistics evolve and get more diverse with prospection. The company moves again and has nox 2 000m2 for storing pallets. It enforces the fleet as well and currently owns 15 trucks.

20 years later, aiming for diversification and integration of the logistics and transport activities, his son, Geoffrey, creates Maisonhaute Logistics, a new specialist in transports organisation.

Maisonhaute Logistics oversees quickly new opportunities such as the international market conquest thanks to the opening of a transport agency in Warsaw, Poland.

A new step has been taken in 2013 with grouping all companies together under the name of Groupe Maisonhaute.

2015-2016
Maisonhaute Logistics develops his own transports agency network to be present in the most important parts of the national network : Roanne – Lyon – Nantes – Paris. This expansion increases it service capacity. For the first time, Transports Maisonhaute gets involved into reducing its CO2 emissions via the Objectif CO2 charter.

2017
The Groupe Maisonhaute head office sets in 17 boulevard de Valmy in Roanne. Maisonhaute Logistics extends its action perimeter thanks to the construction of a new 10 000m2 logistics hub.

Logistic activity continues to develop with the opening of two platforms in Meyzieu(69) and Aulnay-sous-bois(93).

2019
Following to a request of proposal, Roanne site fleshes out with the construction of new logistic platform dedicated to the food industry. The company offers now a low temperation logistic solution from 0 to 8°C combined with a refrigerated transportation.

2021
In May, the group has invested in a new logistic platform dedicated to organic food products. It offers the opportunity to store goods within a controlled temperature between 12 and 25°C. It also made the company reach the amount of 100 employees.
With the goal of offering the most tailored solutions to its clients, Groupe Maisonhaute now includes a Logistic and Transport methods engineering department. Our environment policy has been honored by a renewal for 3 years of the Objectif CO2 charter for transporter.

Logistics is getting bigger in Lyon with the opening of a new warehouse of 4 500m2 in Genas.
Maisonhaute Logistics gets an Ecocert Organic certification for its warehouses dedicated to food industry.
